Cookie Policy

Which cookies and similar technologies this website uses, why, and how you control them.

01What These Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits. Similar technologies include browser local storage, which keeps data on your device without sending it with each request, and scripts that measure how a page is used.

This Cookie Policy explains which of these technologies tokensolutions.consulting actually uses. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes all of the information we process.

02Summary

  • The website’s own code sets no cookies.
  • One first-party local storage item, ts_consent, remembers your privacy choice.
  • Optional analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) run only after you accept them, and set no cookies.
  • The website uses no advertising, marketing, retargeting, social-media, session-recording or heatmap technologies, and no third-party embeds.

Because nothing in those last categories is installed, the preference controls offer only two categories: Strictly Necessary and Analytics.

03Strictly Necessary

These technologies are required to deliver the website and to respect your privacy choice. They cannot be switched off.

Privacy-choice record

  • Name: ts_consent
  • Type: browser local storage (not a cookie); first-party; set by Token Solutions.
  • Contents: whether you allowed analytics, the version of this policy you answered, and the date and time of your choice. It contains no identifier and is never sent to our servers.
  • Duration: kept until you clear your browser storage. We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if the technologies described here materially change.

If your browser blocks local storage, your choice applies only until you leave or reload the page, and the banner will appear again.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Delivering any web page involves processing technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, for routing, security, and abuse prevention. This happens on the server, does not use a cookie or browser storage, and is described in our Privacy Policy.

04Analytics (Optional)

With your permission, we use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel Inc., to understand aggregate website use: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which calls to action they use.

  • Status: off by default. The analytics script is not loaded and nothing is measured until you choose Accept All, or turn Analytics on and save.
  • Delivery: the script is served from this website’s own domain and sends data to Vercel.
  • Cookies and storage: Vercel states that Web Analytics uses no cookies. Our testing found it writes no cookies or browser storage on this site.
  • Visitor counting: Vercel distinguishes visitors using a hash generated from the incoming request, which it states is discarded after 24 hours.
  • Data recorded per event, as described by Vercel: time, page address, page route, referring site, approximate location (country, region, city), operating system, browser and device type.
  • Before anything is sent, the website removes page-address query parameters and fragments other than campaign tags (ref and utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).
  • Retention: Vercel keeps analytics data for at least the reporting window of our Vercel plan and states it may keep it longer.

Interaction events

When analytics are allowed, we also record these events. None includes anything you type into the contact form.

  • Contact CTA — a link to the contact page was used (page it was on; header, footer or page body).
  • Service CTA — a service page was opened from a link (service; placement).
  • Insight Selected and Explore Insights — an article or the Insights library was opened (article or page).
  • Inquiry Category Selected — an inquiry category was chosen on the contact form (Business, Startup, Web3 Project or Individual).
  • Inquiry Submitted — an inquiry was sent successfully (category only).

05Your Choices

Giving consent

On your first visit, a banner offers Accept All, Reject Optional and Customize. Continuing to browse or scroll is not treated as consent, and the whole website works whichever you choose.

Rejecting optional technologies

Reject Optional keeps only the strictly necessary technologies. We will not ask again on each page.

Changing or withdrawing consent

Use , also in the footer of every page, at any time. Turning Analytics off stops all further analytics events immediately. No email request is needed.

The website sets no analytics cookies or storage, so nothing on your device needs to be removed. Withdrawal does not delete aggregate data already sent to Vercel, which is not linked to you by name.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the website treats it as a refusal of optional analytics. The banner is not shown, and analytics stay off while the signal is active, even if analytics were accepted earlier.

Browser controls

Most browsers let you view and delete cookies and site data, block storage for specific sites, and send a Global Privacy Control signal. Clearing this website’s data also clears your saved choice, and the banner will appear again.

06Changes to This Policy

We update this policy whenever the technologies used on the website change, and display a revised date.

If we add a new category or provider, we will ask for your choice again before it is used.

Cookie preferences

Choose which optional technologies this website may use. Your choice is stored only in this browser and you can change it at any time from the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
