Terms of Use

The terms that govern access to and use of the Token Solutions website.

01Agreement and Scope

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the public website operated by Token Solutions LLC (“Token Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at tokensolutions.consulting.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

These Terms govern the website itself.

Paid consulting engagements, implementation work, technical support arrangements, and other professional services are governed by separately agreed service terms, proposals, or written agreements.

02Website Information

The website provides general information about Token Solutions and its consulting capabilities.

Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, individualized professional recommendation, or promise that a particular service will be available.

Service availability, scope, pricing, and deliverables are determined through individual discussions and written agreements.

03No Financial, Investment, Tax, or Legal Advice

Unless expressly stated in a separately executed agreement and supported by applicable authorization, Token Solutions does not provide legal, tax, securities brokerage, investment management, or individualized investment advisory services.

Information presented on the website should not be relied upon as a recommendation to purchase, sell, hold, or trade any cryptocurrency, token, NFT, or other financial asset.

Users should consult appropriately qualified professionals for advice relevant to their circumstances.

04Digital Asset and Blockchain Risks

Blockchain networks and digital assets involve significant risks, including:

  • Market volatility and potential loss of value.
  • Irreversible or incorrectly directed transactions.
  • Network outages, congestion, and transaction fees.
  • Smart-contract errors or vulnerabilities.
  • Phishing, fraud, malware, and unauthorized access.
  • Loss or compromise of wallet credentials.
  • Platform or service-provider failures.
  • Changes in law, regulation, or network functionality.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating risks before interacting with digital assets or third-party platforms.

No website statement guarantees financial, technical, or commercial results.

05Noncustodial Service Model

Token Solutions’ intended consulting model is noncustodial.

We do not request or retain client seed phrases or private keys as part of standard wallet onboarding and support.

Clients remain responsible for securing their wallets, safeguarding recovery information, verifying transaction details, and authorizing their own transactions.

Any proposed service that would involve access to client assets, transaction authority, or regulated activities would require separate review, authorization, and written agreement before being offered.

06Third-Party Platforms

References to third-party wallets, blockchain networks, payment processors, or other technology platforms are provided for informational purposes.

Token Solutions does not own or control those services.

Their availability, functionality, fees, terms, privacy practices, and risks are determined by the applicable third party.

References to products or providers do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, certification, or an official partnership unless expressly verified.

07Intellectual Property

The website’s original text, visual designs, brand elements, graphics, and other original materials are owned by Token Solutions or used under applicable permissions, except where otherwise stated.

You may access and use the website for lawful personal or internal business evaluation.

You may not reproduce, republish, misrepresent, or commercially exploit protected website content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

08Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems.
  • Introduce malware or interfere with website availability.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Impersonate Token Solutions or its representatives.
  • Use website content to facilitate scams or deceptive financial activity.
  • Violate applicable intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to bypass website security controls.

09Availability and Accuracy

We seek to keep website information useful and current, but technical information, platform capabilities, regulations, and industry conditions can change.

We do not guarantee that website content is always complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or free from errors.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.

10Website Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general informational materials are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

11Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Token Solutions is not responsible for losses resulting solely from reliance on general website information, independent third-party services, or unauthorized misuse of the website.

Any negotiated limitations of liability associated with paid professional services will be addressed separately in the applicable client agreement, subject to law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited.

12External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.

These links are provided for convenience and reference. We do not control or guarantee third-party content, security, or availability.

13Governing Law

Subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional requirements, these Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

Any specific dispute-resolution, venue, or arbitration provisions should be reviewed and approved separately before inclusion.
