Our services are subject to individually agreed scopes of work and applicable legal requirements.
We do not represent ourselves as a cryptocurrency exchange, bank, broker-dealer, custodian, or licensed investment advisory firm.
Information and educational assistance provided by Token Solutions should not be interpreted as a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or invest in any particular digital asset.
We do not guarantee the future value, performance, liquidity, or commercial success of any cryptocurrency, NFT, token, or blockchain project.
Clients remain responsible for their own financial and commercial decisions.
Our standard wallet services are designed to help clients understand and manage their own self-custody tools.
Token Solutions will never request your wallet seed phrase or private key as part of standard service delivery.
Clients should never transmit private keys, recovery phrases, or authentication credentials by email, chat, or other unsecured communication methods.
Clients are responsible for maintaining control of their accounts and approving their own transactions.
Many blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
Incorrect wallet addresses, incompatible networks, compromised signing permissions, and other errors may result in permanent loss of assets.
Technical support may assist with identifying transaction status or troubleshooting connectivity but does not guarantee cancellation, reversal, recovery, or successful completion of a transaction.
Smart contracts, decentralized applications, wallet software, and blockchain networks may contain technical vulnerabilities or behave unexpectedly.
Any external audit, independent security review, or custom contract development must be specifically identified and agreed as part of the engagement.
General launch consulting does not constitute a guarantee of smart-contract security.
Token and NFT launches may implicate securities, consumer-protection, intellectual property, tax, advertising, anti-money-laundering, and other laws, depending on their design and jurisdiction.
Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate independent legal and professional advice.
Token Solutions does not guarantee that any proposed token structure, minting process, distribution plan, or promotional activity complies with applicable law.
Services that would constitute regulated financial or intermediary activity must be separately assessed before acceptance.
Token Solutions may assist with planning or implementing supported third-party payment technologies.
Token Solutions does not itself act as the payment processor merely by advising on or implementing a third-party integration.
Payment availability and eligibility depend on the relevant provider, jurisdiction, merchant requirements, and applicable terms.
Integrations do not guarantee merchant approval, successful payment settlement, or uninterrupted service.
Community events, raffles, sweepstakes, giveaways, and promotional campaigns may be subject to legal restrictions and platform policies.
Token Solutions does not guarantee regulatory approval, participation levels, audience growth, or commercial performance.
Clients remain responsible for obtaining applicable approvals and properly structuring promotional activities.
